Portable 4D Neck & Shoulder Massager - Rechargeable Relaxation Device

The product matches the description, bought as a gift; this is the second massager of this type. The first one that came from Poland was damaged and was returned, unfortunately the return process through UPS was not satisfactory, taking over a week for the courier to pick it up. I do not recommend it, but the second one I bought works without any issues; the first one was faulty, probably I got a defective one, but I still highly recommend it.

I love it, it's not the first time I've bought it, it's a fantastic product. I suffer a lot from neck pain, which makes my head spin and causes migraines, but with this device I can control it. It relieves a lot, the only thing is that it's not suitable for very wide necks; if you have a wider neck, it could cause damage. Apart from that, I found no faults with it, I highly recommend it. 👍👍👍😉😉😉

The product arrived very quickly and at a really low price after applying a coupon; it massages nicely, has various modes, can be used on different parts of the body, and can be positioned at different angles.

It arrived safely, although the box was a bit wrinkled, the item is fine. It only has two buttons, one is for turning the infrared on or off, and the other is for turning it on and off and for selecting programs. I really like it. It's not the first time I've bought it. Excellent equipment, better than I expected, good material, works perfectly, and the best part is that it came with the tie-down strap, as it would be difficult to hold it without it. The downside is that it didn't come with a manual for the equipment's functions, only a small manual in several languages on how to install it. Other than that, excellent.

Super fast delivery. The cardboard box arrived slightly dented and a bit crushed, but the hard foam inside protected the massager 100%. The whole thing was additionally wrapped in quite thick foil.

This thing is amazing. I am an esthetician and i've had neck problems and my face muscles on my neck and my face, we're really tight from getting older and since i've used this, i've noticed my wrinkles are gone and i don't have any more forehead wrinkles as well, just by using this on the back of my neck, i've had a plate put in my neck so my neck muscles were really tight. They no longer are tight, i can turn my head and not have to feel a pain. My shoulder blades no longer are in pain, i have free movement free range now from my shoulders and my neck and my face it is amazing you have to get this if you don't get this you're crazy.

Fantastic device! But be careful, it's a rather intense device. If you have a lot of neck problems, make sure to get professional treatment first so that your neck is a bit more relaxed, so you have the right guidance and information regarding swelling/nausea, etc. But really highly recommended as a supplement 🤩

I haven't tried it yet because it's for a gift. It looks like it might be good, but the box arrived crushed and not in good condition.

Even though the packaging is wrinkled, the massager works. My son has a decent weight, and the massage is more comfortable for him. I weigh 70 kg, my neck isn't particularly thin or thick, honestly, the massage isn't always comfortable; I lower it a bit below my neck, otherwise it feels like it's suffocating :), it hurts for the child too, but for the older one it's a delight. Overall, gratitude to those who invented such a thing! And special thanks to the seller! I recommend buying it!
